Forage has called the Willamette Valley home since 2001 — catering, culinary classes, and the first mobile wood-fired oven in the valley, before finding a permanent home in a restored 1915 craftsman.

Fire, Craft, and Twenty Years in the Valley
Forage grew out of nearly two decades of cooking for Oregon wine country before it ever had a front door. The wood-fired oven came first — the restaurant caught up in 2020.

First visit and it did not disappoint. Ample seating both inside and out. Parking is limited in the back, but there. We had the fennel sausage pizza and Cesar salad. Got a glass of wine, cause why not. Salad was delicious, good dressing. Pizza hit the spot! Just big enough for 2, we had all 6 slices
